After losing my dear wife, I reached out to find someone to create her memorial. The first company recommended never replied, but when I got in touch with Lee at Art Craft Memorials, he was incredibly accessible and always available by phone and email whenever I needed to reach him. Lee was extremely helpful in discussing what type of memorial would be most fitting. My wife loved reading and was a qualified librarian, so we decided together that a book-style memorial would be ideal, then choosing the style of book memorial. One side of the page for my wife and the other for when my time comes. Before proceeding, Lee sent a sample showing what the memorial would look like with different font options and a small change to layout, which was really helpful. Lee also sent pictures of headstones in silver and gold to help with the choice of font colour. The final memorial was exactly as described and looks wonderful. Based on the reviews I read, Lee's prices are very competitive, and I found his service to be compassionate and professional throughout this difficult time. I would highly recommend Art Craft Memorials to anyone looking for a caring stonemason who takes pride in his work.
Contacted Lee after seeing good reviews online. I cannot recommend him enough as he was very quick replying to my enquiry and answering my questions. From first contact to placing headstone on my father’s grave all in 8 weeks . Headstone looks fantastic exactly what we wanted .
After struggling to find a Stone Mason that could help me with my situation, Lee was very helpful in guiding me and helping me get a stone installed. He was in frequent communication with myself regarding designs, delivery dates, installation dates and was happy for me to arrive at the plot towards the end of the installation to put everything where I wanted it to go. After spending many hours searching for the perfect memorial for my Dear Mum, I came across Art Craft memorials it was a leap of faith as most people stick with the local company for peace of mind but after enquiring by email and speaking to Lee over the phone I knew he was the person to go with.
