From the very first phone call to bringing my brother home to Australia, the care we received from Caledonia Cremations was nothing short of exceptional. I would absolutely recommend Caledonia Cremation to everyone. My dad insisted that he wanted a direct cremation and Caledonia were excellent. Emma was very professional, sympathetic and kept me informed along the way. It seems strange not having a funeral for your loved one but we were able to visit the crematorium to pick up my dad's ashes. It's a beautiful setting with stunning views - my dad would have loved it ❤️ Thank you

Few months back in June my mother suddenly passed and I discovered Caledonia Cremation. Emma was extremely helpful guiding me through the step by step helping ease my stress of the process as I didn’t know where to begin, I had never dealt with a cremation before. Emma was lovely and would check in regularly to see how I am getting on and kept me up to date with every step of the process, from bring my mother in to their care to the point of where my mothers ashes are being delivered. The ashes were also delivered with care by hand. I will definitely use Caledonia Cremation in the future should I ever need to and highly recommend their expert service.

Emma especially has been very helpful and most thoughtful and kind throughout this very painful and difficult time.
