Wonderful service, such kindness and professionalism

All the staff were so helpful from start to finish. From the second we walked through the door we were made very welcome which helped ease our funeral planning, making it that bit less painful. Jan was the first person who we spoke with and she is just lovely. Then our funeral planning was made by Amy, who was just amazing with us, offering advice all through the process, constantly in touch with us to let us know the next step and always available for a reassuring chat when needed. Sian was our funeral director and she was just brilliant with us, helping us with the organising of the cars on the day of the funeral etc. Again, as with Amy, always on the end of the phone if needed. The whole experience made us feel that our dad could not be in safer hands. Everybody was excellent and so, so helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate to ensure we gave dad the send-off he deserves. The drivers were also lovely and friendly. Even the day after the funeral, I had a call from Sian just to see if we were all ok. It’s the little things like this that reassured us all at the saddest of times. I would wholeheartedly recommend Co-op funeral care, particularly the branch and the staff at St. Ambrose Grove in Liverpool. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

My Dad's Funeral was one of the most difficult days in my life . I would like to thank the girls in the shop who helped me with advice and reassurance, nothing was to much trouble for them . They made a very difficult situation bearable. Their professionalism and kindness was amazing . My Dad was treated with the upmost dignity and respect. Sian , phoned me to check how I was doing , she also walked in front of the hearse , out of the street , very dignified. I recommend the co - op in Ambrose Road , Liverpool L4 . I will be back there myself to pre pay my own Funeral in the near future .10 out of 10

So kind, so helpful. Nothing is a problem. The staff are all very gentle and mind you. We lost our baby boy and they had him well looked after. The worst day of my life is filled with a memory of the warmth we received here and during the funeral. They made that day a nice memory xx

I cannot fault the service that I received from the team at Liverpool Funeralcare. They guided me through the process very efficiently and with the utmost respect and attention.
