Gedling Crematorium

Visited Gedling Crematorium and I felt compelled to leave a review, which isn’t something I would normally do for a crematorium. The grounds and building were absolutely beautiful — there genuinely wasn’t a twig out of place. Everything was immaculate, peaceful and incredibly well cared for. The decor inside was tasteful, calming and thoughtfully done, creating a warm and comforting atmosphere. What stood out most though was the staff. Every person we encountered was warm, welcoming and professional, and it was clear how much pride they take in both the environment and the service they provide. It’s a glorious place and, if you unfortunately find yourself needing to arrange a service for somebody you love, I honestly can’t imagine choosing anywhere better.

Fantastic place. First time we've been here. Way too Small for all Donald's family and friends as there was No Room for the packed in & outside for all his True friends that he knew over the years. But we. (Pip and Natalie) were there for his send off bless him Well Known person to a lot of people. Plus there was 100s who probably could not make it. Fantastic photos on the Fantin walls of Donald's funeral. You had a great send off brother. From Pip and Natalie.

Had my father's funeral services here, really lovely place .Staff so warming and caring, peaceful. Wonderful views had his headstone done Dec 2022 . His interment April this year again lovely staff and so peaceful,views and the pond amazing ,calming. Thanks 🙏 again for all staff for all they do .

We cannot thank all the staff enough for being so caring, kind, and supportive during this difficult time of suddenly losing our mum. The service we had here for our mum’s final farewell was perfect. Malcolm was brilliant. The place itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff are more than fantastic. A massive thank you to Leanne, who helped us get Mum’s memorial plot together so quickly and has been nothing but helpful and supportive. We really appreciate you. 🌹

My Partners Father had His service here . We also had the remote viewing via a link . Was sent promptly, lovely setting, lovely service . Thanks 😊.

Respectful and well kept crematorium I've been to a few services here, and the staff are and have always been respectful.

Very humane, professional, respectful service. Punctual and efficient. Very well organised. Whole service was pristine and ideal. Could not fault it. Thank you very much. My grandmother got a wonderful sendoff.
