I was recently given the privilege of a guided tour of this historic building. The compassion and respect shown by the staff was evident.
Yesterday I was lucky enough to do a tour of the crematorium. I was impressed by the kindness and knowledge of the staff, the reverence they treat the deceased, and the beauty of the chapel. I learnt so much.
Due to the unexpected death of my brother, his wishes were that he be cremated and we used Glasgow Crematorium. I'm really pleased with everything that the staff provided. I asked for a song to be played, and I was absolutely delighted when the song was played at the end.
In the hardest of times, the staff at Glasgow Crematorium have the capacity to be exceptional in their capacity to be so helpful and kind - they made a very difficult time as comfortable as it could be. Respect.
Thank you for your professionalism on 12/01/23 on behalf of the family of my beautiful son, Christopher Taylor aged 38
Used Glasgow Crematorium many times over the years personally & professionally & the staff on the phone or in person are always very helpful. It's a beautiful building to have a funeral service in.
