Awful service. My family had a headstone previously, it was fitted incorrectly so when our late relative passed, we had to pay an extra fee to have it removed due to this at our own expense 2 days before the funeral. We have been calling them for MONTHS to have the headstone refitted with further inscription. We were told they would send a template and we never received it. It took months of calls (no answer) and emails with no reply. My relative commented on their Facebook and received a reply straight away. They stated we have to pay a deposit first before a template was provided. We were never told that, there was no apology or any accountability taken for the miscommunication and no reason for why our emails had been ignored for months. They said someone would call the next day as it was a weekend and of course that call never happened. After weeks, we were then told we have to pay for the whole headstone upfront, after previously being told we need to pay a deposit. We also asked for an itemised bill which they did not wish to provide. They have shown nothing but a lack of professionalism. We have now informed them we would like the headstone back to go elsewhere and they just replied with what date and time, they had no interest in trying to rectify their mistakes which shows that they do not care about their customers or their reputation. Our relative passed in April 2025, and that is how long this has been going on for. Disgraceful service. Would never use ever again.

Requesting a new headstone for my dad, with a heart for my mum so they could be reunited in death, was one of the hardest and most emotional things I have ever had to do. From the very beginning, Peter at Majestics was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He treated the whole process with such compassion, care, and patience, which made a very difficult time so much easier to bear. The finished headstone is absolutely beautiful – far exceeding my expectations – and is a truly fitting tribute to my parents. It is clear how much thought, time, and craftsmanship went into creating it, and I know it will stand as a lasting symbol of love and remembrance. It was worth every penny to have something so meaningful and special. Pete’s exceptional customer service shone through at every stage. He was understanding, kind, and professional, and always made sure that I was comfortable and happy with every decision. His dedication and personal touch really set him apart. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for my family, and I would highly recommend him and Majestics to anyone looking for a memorial that is created with true care and respect.

Well worth the short trip up Barlow Moor Road towards Chorlton to compare the price and service against the stonemasons who are directly opposite the entrance to the cemetery. Not only were they able to give me an immediate price they were also able to complete the work in a far shorter time. The finished job was excellent and was to an high standard . I was kept informed at all time as the job progressed. I would recommend this company 100% and would also suggest that you compare price and service and not just choose the stonemason that is nearest to the cemetery gates .

Fantastic company, professional friendly and very reliable. I ordered a replacement stone for my dads grave and this was installed last week, it looks fantastic so pleased. I would recommend this company.

I would recommend majestic memorials to any body who wants good helpful caring most of all a fantastic job by two very down to earth caring guys John Pete ,who went so far as refunding money I had payed ,,but returned back as I think it was me being a nan and over sentimental.has the job they had done was fantastic.and all they strive for is customer satisfaction and that what I got .so much so I will be ordering my headstone when the the Lord calls for me .i know I will look beautiful thanks to John Pete than you with five extra 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My family recently required a new head stone with some additional information adding. We visited Majestic Memorial who were very helpful and explained all of the options we had to full fil our request, Majestic produced a full outlay for us to review. We agreed the lay out and Majestic produced a very high quality head stone and surround which was delivered on the agreed date.
