Roselawn Cemetery is well cared for by Belfast City Council. At the Crematorium is `Reflections` where one can obtain good refreshments. I paid a visit to the grave of George Best who was one of my favourite footballers. I like the fact that surrounds are not allowed. This makes the cemetery easier to maintain. Also, height restrictions on headstones means they are safer and look better. Anyone can be buried or cremated at Roselawn regardless of religion which is how it should be in enlightened society.
3th January snow ,not on the roads in roselawn Path to my wife gave clear. Where would you get it Regards George
The staff have been extremely caring attending to my wife's grave in such a short time . Mush appreciate. Thank U all. George Hull.
If you are a football fan, Northern Ireland’s most famous footballer George Best, is resting here. To find him, Turn the first left into the crematorium, he’s in Section S, 3rd row from the road on your left, grave stone number ‘S295’, He’s buried with his mother ❤️
Awful cemetery with ignorant staff especially senior management a really rude woman, my Mums grave wasn’t even opened when we arrived to lay her to rest, the groundsmen thought it was comical the manager (huh!) denied it was their fault, a number of hours later we did manage to bury Mum, I attend the grave regularly and am disgusted that debris from opening the grave is still there over a year later, you really need to get a grip and restore this cemetery to the lovely manicured place it used to be with a real manager in charge. Roselawn is now a run down tired location with staff who couldn’t care less in my opinion Belfast Council should hang their heads in shame.
Roselawn cemetery is a mess grass over grown weeds everywhere been going to visit my sons grave for 23 years and in the last 2 years is getting worse its so upsetting to visit your love ones when the surroundings are soul destroying
