Small gathering for the farewell of a loved one, so held it in the Family Chapel which was better suited for the mourners as we were closer together. It was a beautiful service.
A sad occasion was made less sad and more memorable by Downs Crematorium. Many thanks from our family
The Downs Crematorium is a very peaceful place. It’s a delightful setting and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I feel blessed that Downs were a part of the celebration of the life of my late husband.
Going to the Crematorium was upsetting as you will expect. I was treated so well nothing to much trouble very happy so glad my husband was there
I cannot thank Downs Crematorium enough! My late partner was cremated, and I hired the family chapel. Even though it was a very sad and emotional send off, everything ran so smoothly. Thank you so, so much.
The day was ok but more communication needed between yourselves and co-op as my father requested no religion as he had no religious beliefs but that was not passed on to crematorium, I had to put things right on the day ,and service seemed to be rushed, we only get to say goodbye once and that should be special.
