We contacted Sam who was very professional talked us through the process of rectifying it etc. The work carried out was to a very high standard and we are completely satisfied from the first contact to the last. Good experience with getting a memorial headstone, planning the wording and seeing what it would look like on a CAD drawing. Whole family pleased with the finished article.
Sam & his team made a nice job of refurbishing my mother in law's gravestone, which had become weather beaten & the text had all but disappeared. Now it has been cleaned & re lettered it looks so much better! Like new again.
Sam was very friendly and most importantly respectful at the difficult time post passing of my mother . His quote was clear and concise and delivered as promised, we had an opportunity to check the draft wording and make a minor adjustments, without any charge or hassle , Sam’s brief was additional wording to the existing stone , which was collected and returned in a timely fashion , with clear photo evidence as we live some distance away , would not hesitate to recommend Sam
Many thanks to Sam at W&W Memorials. He was extremely kind and patient as we chose a memorial stone for my mother and worked on the inscription. He liaised with the Parish Council on our behalf and made the whole process very easy, up to and including the mounting of the stone in the cemetery. I highly recommend W&W Memorials.
Everything was done remotely as it suited our needs. Service was excellent - queries were answered promptly and with respect. The memorial was done exactly as we wanted, and they left flowers on there on installation - a lovely touch. Would not hesitate to use again in the future.
After being scammed, I contacted W&W and the service I recieved was amazing. I never imagined needing to buy a headstone so soon but they came through for us. I would highly reccommend them for their assistance and support.
