The team at Wiltons were kind, respectful and patient from the middle of the night when we first called them and never faltered thereafter . Our contact, David, was gentle in how he guided us taking time, listening and never pushing. We are extremely grateful for how David and the entire Wiltons team handled everything taking much of the pressure off the family. Thank you.

We used Wiltons, following the Death of my Brother Darren, Amanda was amazing and made everything stress free, everyone was very kind, compassionate and caring and available for any questions we had. From our initial consultation with Sophie, who was absolutely amazing, making everything stress free in arranging the funeral of our much loved Mum to the very end, was nothing short of perfection. Nothing was too much bother, keeping us informed at all stages. Jonathan was superb, from all his timings which were spot on, to taking over the music to be played at the crematorium (for which we are eternally grateful). The service was conducted by Rev David Cooper who captured exactly what we wanted to convey with professionalism and a little bit of humour, exactly what we wanted. A huge thank you to Girvan our driver who was professional and caring. Apologies for not mentioning by name everyone else who was involved. From the first contact to the actual Funeral. The team were professional sympathetic and nothing was too much trouble and very helpful As it is a very difficult time the 2 undertakers who took mum to undertakers were caring and explained everything and gave family time we were not hurried .Then after mum was put in ambulance they bowed their heads I was rang kept up to date and everything was done efficiently right up to the funeral service I would highly recommend these undertakers they stand by their ethos respect and dignity
