Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Adam’s Funeral Care, especially Craig, for everything you did for our family. When you’re choosing a funeral director for someone you love, you want someone who genuinely cares and makes you feel supported every step of the way. From the very first phone call, Craig was amazing. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and he never made us feel like we were asking for too much. He listened to everything we wanted and made sure it all came together perfectly. Planning a funeral is never easy, but Craig made such a difficult time that little bit easier for us all with his kindness, compassion, and support. I am so utterly grateful for the care and robust service from Craig and his team! Craig has a way of putting your mind at ease and trusting the process! There was a slight blip regarding the internment location due to us as a family wanting a casket rather than a coffin, we learnt after booking the location that they don’t accept caskets. Craig quickly intervened and ensured that we were able to book a different internment location and have our wishes to get a casket for my late mother The care and attention he showed my mum meant that even after 7 weeks- her body was preserved in a way where she still looked beautiful. When I viewed her at the morgue I was so worried that she’d look completely different but actually, I was pleasantly surprised at how well she looked I can’t recommend Craig enough- he doesn’t just “do his job”- he goes above and beyond. We cannot thank Craig and the team enough for the care, support and compassion shown to our family. From the very beginning, Craig treated us with such a personal approach and genuine care.
