We have had an excellent service from BCM Funeral Services who arranged and directed my father's funeral. Jayne did an excellent job of the organisation of the Funeral, particularly as we had quite specific wishes. On the day of the Funeral , Aaron and team managed the logistics smoothly and calmly which was really important on such an emotional day! Thank you to all the team at BCM! Highly recommended!

BCM Funeral Services have been absolutely exceptional and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was arranging a funeral on my own for the first time, and BCM had been recommended to me. From the first contact, they were calm, supportive, thoughtful and completely professional. They took care of everything with great sensitivity and attention to detail, which allowed me to navigate a difficult time without unnecessary stress. The funeral itself was perfect: beautifully organised, dignified, and exactly what I had hoped for. I felt supported throughout, and I am deeply grateful for the care and generosity shown by Aaron, Victoria, Jayne, Noel and the whole team. BCM made the experience feel manageable, and helped me create a farewell that felt warm, personal and right. I’m extremely grateful and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I used BCM twice in 2016 and 2026 and the reason why I used them again is because their service is AMAZING both times. Aaron, Victoria and all the team are genuinely caring and supportive and make everything a breeze. No request is too much for them and the day went flawless. I can't thank them enough and how they made a difficult time much more easier for me and my family. They handled all communication with funeral crematorium and had a good understanding of the Sikh funeral arrangements and traditions. Thank you all and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Myself & my family have used BCM funeral services for 2 of our relatives now and we intend to use them going forward. We are EXTREMELY satisfied with the care, compassion and support that was provided by Jayne, Aaron, Victoria, drivers and those behind the scenes who took great care of our loved ones whilst they were in their care. The Staff at BCM are amazing. We used their services when Mum died 6 years ago. Dad sadly passed away this year and we used them again. Can’t fault anything at all. Jayne was so compassionate and made things so much easier from the start. We built up a great rapport and were able to have a laugh and joke at what was such a difficult time. I will be prepaying for my funeral with BCM now as well.
