We came to Brunel with the unknown, We didn't know what to do or how to do it, The advise Louise gave to us helped us progress stuff in an already difficult time, All the team we met are incredibly friendly, Kind and caring ensuring that our loved one was looked after every step of the way. The Staff at Brunel Funeral Directors are Kind, Compassionate, Friendly and is a team where your loved one will be looked after every step of the way & this includes the family too! The passing of my dad was very tough & is still extremely raw, But the team here helped every step of the way, The advise they provided, The kind words, The openness are all something we really appreciated. From the very first phone call the team at Brunel were so helpful. Everything was arranged with ease, efficiency, care and dignity. Louise matched us with a great celebrant for the service and this was beautiful. A special mention to Chris who was calm and personable when he collected Mum and very professional during the service despite melting in his uniform in the 30 degree heat. I would highly recommend Brunel Independent Funeral Directors.
We cannot fault the care and attention we received from everyone at Brunel Funeral Directors. Our situation was unusual in that it was mainly friends involved with the organisation, as family live at a distance and abroad. Also that it involved a burial almost an hour away. Add to that an amber weather alert. However, at every stage Chris and his team were wonderful, cool, calm and efficient, from the office to the idyllic burial spot.
The support and advice that all the team at Brunel gave me during such a difficult time was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, no rush on making decisions and lots of helpful advice. I was always kept updated on every step, especially with dealing with the coroners, without the teams help im not sure i would off known what I was doing. Louise was my rock during this time and was always available, however small my questions were, she went above and beyond to assist me with the arrangements. I truly could not recommend the whole team enough, in fact, my own wishes will be for Brunel to take care of me when the time comes.
Thankyou to Chris and Craig for the beautiful send off for our Dad. From the very start to the very end your care and compassion was first class. As dad was a funeral director himself I know he would have been chuffed to bits. Thankyou all very much for making this a pretty special send off to a pretty special Man.
