Over the moon with the amazing 5 star service we received from elegant memorials regarding the vase wedge memorial we ordered. Beautifully inscripted packaged well quick delivery and excellent communication when ordering. I can definitely recommend this company you will not be disappointed

5 star service from start to finish. We went to see this gentleman after our father passed away. We were guided helped and advised fully by the owner. We took our time deciding on the colour of the stone, text and design. We went back multiple times to have changes made and tweaks, every time, new 3D models were sent to us via WhatsApp for our approval. We were under no pressure and left to make decisions in our own time. Once we finalised everything, we were given an invoice (very reasonably priced) and a fixing date. On day of fitting I was sent a message that the fitters were on their way so we could meet them at the graveyard. Could not have asked for more help under the circumstances. Thank you EM.

Awful experience went in to buy plastic flowers for my dads and grandmas grave, and find out prices of gravestones, the people who own the store were extremely rude and belittling, their card machine wasn't working and tried to blame me for this and accused me of stealing while swearing at me in urdu, thinking I wouldn't understand. I rang the bank and they told me the payment was pending and it was the shops fault not mines, so the owners continued being rude despite hearing this , talking over me and snatching my purchased items out of my hand. After speaking to the bank , the shopkeepers finally issued me a "refund" because they heard my bank say theyd raise a dispute but did not apologise for their behaviour or attitudes. I would stay away from this shop, they are disrespectful and rude and have no clue how to work with customers.

Not a company that takes one seriously, have rung to a mobile phone and txt to purchase 2off flower graveyard plots and have responded with promises each time but that’s it.

Top notch service from start to finish. Really lovely, helpful bloke. Headstones are excellent quality, and fantastic prices ! Ignore the negative reviews, or you will miss out on amazing value headstones that would cost you double elsewhere !!! Really really pleased with ours. Highly recommend 👍
