I originally had a plan with one of those cremation companies on the tv for my mum but when I lost my mum just before Christmas and contacted them I was then told what we had paid for and I couldn’t believe how little they do. My partner new of Johnathan Terry so I contacted them to take over the plan and I was super impressed with how easy it was from them to do, and for not much more money and they were able to carry out my family’s wishes, we had a long wait with the coroner but johnathan’s team dealt with all of the stress of this problem and all the finer details which I didn’t expect, I cannot express how all the team have the families interests at heart and can never thank them enough for making our heartache easier to deal with.

I have always used Jonathan Terry funeral services, I have found them incredibly helpful and sensitive to each and every situation. I lost my son to suicide nearly five years ago during the pandemic, my son was only 27 . And I knew that there would be a lot of people wanting to turn up to the crematorium and this was enabled by having the funeral transmitted live to the crowd outside, which I was very grateful for at such an horrendous time . I have used their direct cremation service for my father who passed away before Christmas and they were again so understanding for my totally different requirements. I’m very grateful for their service and I would recommend them to anyone needing help with organising a funeral.

They were very kind and compassionate throughout and made navigating a very difficult time so much easier. They came highly recommended to us and I feel very blessed we found them to help see my Dad on his final journey.
