An excellent service provided by the team at Manchester Memorials. Emma was very quick to respond to my initial enquiry with clear and prompt communication throughout and the work was carried out much more quickly than I was expecting. I'm delighted with the results adding an additional inscription to an existing headstone for my late father. The price was fair too. Manchester Memorials are highly recommended after being let down by two other businesses I approached to carry out this work I wanted previously. I wish I had approached Manchester Memorials first as it would have taken out a lot of stress and heartache in providing this final service for my Dad.

What a brilliant company! I needed a new headstone as there was no room to add my father’s name on the old stone when he passed. Arranging anything like this is always going to be sensitive, but I can honestly say that I have been treated with great kindness, consideration and the upmost professionalism by every member of the team that I have come into contact with. Lynn was so efficient and pleasant to deal with. Christian had great empathy and spent a good while going through the various options, showing me what the inscription on the stone would look like and giving me advice in order to make the right choice. Lynn and Christian kept me informed throughout the whole process and even helped me sort out an error made by the cemetery. The price I was quoted was very reasonable and less than other quotes, and the time it took from start to finish was far quicker than other companies had said they could do it. The result was everything that I had hoped for. The inscription has been done beautifully and Jamie and Andy did a fabulous job of removing the old stone and erecting the new one. It has been planted much more solidly and straighter than the old stone. I can highly recommend Manchester Memorials.

Met Christian and arranged my mum's gravestone very pleasant guy and very approachable and welcoming.At the same time very professional too.From then through to the wording and design of the layout Emma was very helpful too.And I'm just being honest when I was send the gravestone and design on completion my first reaction was wow wow wow lovely it was everyone who has seen it is very impressed too.I would recommend this company very highly and the turnover time from start to finish was 25 days and still done with high quality and erected.Big up again to Christian and many thanks too Emma seriously don't think u could find a better company to deal with in Manchester again highly recommend thankyou for a great experience me and my daughter really appreciated.
