I've used Mossfords twice in the past three years and have been very happy with their high quality memorials, and their professional and fantastic customer service. They did a beautiful black granite book memorial for my father's grave in 2022 and a stunning headstone also in black granite for my grandparents grave this year. Everything was straightforward and I had no issues at all, and all the paperwork is very clear. Thank you to Sharon who helped me back in 2022, and also to Gbemi for your amazing service in 2025. Please pass on my thanks to the person who designed the unique lettering for my Grandparents memorial, and the craftspersons who made it. My mother and Aunt were thrilled with the design and I was so pleased we could finally put a proper headstone in place for them. 😊

I highly recommend Mossfords Memorial Services after they supplied the Memorial for my late Wife. After choosing my design from their online Brochure, I finalised the details with Sharon LLewellyn by telephone as Porthcawl branch was not yet open , and she gave me a great deal of advice and help in a most understanding and sympathetic manner as it was a very traumatic time for me. Anyone who has suffered a significant bereavement will understand the feeling of being overwhelmed and finding it difficult to make clear decisions. It is so important to feel you have chosen the right headstone for your loved one. This will be their lasting legacy. Sharon was so patient and understanding. We had a preliminary phone conversation about choices which she followed up with emailing a catalogue to give an idea of choices. When I attended Mossfords to view some stones she spent a long time showing me the options and discussing choices. There was no feeling of pressure to make a quick decision. Result - The headstone I chose for my husband was totally perfect for him. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.
