Excellent service from Rodwells - Jordan in particular as I had most dealings with her. They really pulled out all the stops to get the memorial stone installed in time so that I could go and visit it when I was in London. It looks lovely. Very happy with Rodwell Memorials. Clear communication, explanation, quote and progress updates from Jordan. Fairly long wait for the stonemason to do the renovation work, but well worth it. We were overwhelmed trying to create the right lasting memorial for our late Mother. The first stone masons were hard work. Every time we contacted them it felt like we were starting all over again. So we gave up, found Rodwell and we're so glad we did. We met Mandy within a week of contacting them for the first time, they were exactly what we needed. The stone was selected and deposit paid the same day. I'm not sure how many times we reviewed and edited the wording on the headstone or changed the installation date, but between Mandy and Jordan they exercised a lot of patience and held our hands through what was a very emotional experience. Nothing felt like too much and we cannot thank them enough for their time, help, support and advice. We now have the perfect stone. Thank you Rodwell.

I'm very happy with my experience with Rodwell Memorials. Jordan, Mandy and the whole team were amazing and very patient with me and my family. My Dad's headstone looks beautiful and it's a wonderful tribute to him.

I would like to share how Roswell memorials have treated me. 2 months ago I contacted them to get a project done for my son's headstone , I live in Liverpool and my son's grave is in London so the only contact I had was over the phone or email with Rodwell memorials. I paid them 200 pounds deposit to start the project , recently I have lost my mum and had to fund the funeral for her myself due to that I was in a position where I couldn't fund the headstone for my son anymore and all this was explained to them, I asked politely if they could refund me the 200 pounds as they still haven't started anything no work has been done or parts ordered for the headstone I wanted, they declined to refund me the money , 200 pounds right now is a lot of money. They said the 200 pounds went for parts towards the headstone and that's why they couldn't refund me , when I asked for proof of the parts they ordered they couldn't provide me with it and I did ask multiple times for the proof and never received it. I am very disappointed in the way they treated me in this situation. I know it's a long review but just wanted to share how they treated me in a situation that I couldn't foresee.
