Every single of member of staff was thoughtful, considerate and kind during every interaction I had - right from the moment they collected mum from the Care Home to managing the service at the Crematorium. Everything just went so smoothly with their assistance.

I can’t recommend and thank AB Walkers in Eldon Road for the excellent service I received following the death of my dearly loved Mum. From start to finish the level of service I received was amazing. At such a stressful time in my life, they took care of my Mum with dignity and took a lot of stress off me. A special thank you to Rachel Amor, she was so professional and everything she delivered was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and she responded to all queries quickly and efficiently. James was also amazing and lovely Sue on the reception. Such a lovely lady and I loved the way she called my Mum by her name when we visited her in the chapel of rest. Thank you all so much, I will be forever grateful for the love and care. 🩷

We can’t thank everyone for their professionalism. A very traumatic time for our family . It was hard organising our son’s funeral but Anna was amazing . The day went well and the sun shone down on us . Everything went like clockwork, thanks to all .

On behalf of me and my husband I can not thank Jess and Clare and the team! Honestly made this heartbreaking situation just so much easier and the team actually really care and nothing is ever to much trouble! We have never had to deal with something like this and they made it so easy! Jess was the first person I spoke to and she was there for us through out when I had made that first call to arrange collection of my father in law she was just amazing! And Clare and everyone there are just amazing! Thank you so much and thank you for caring as much as you all do ♥️ even received a card from everyone it’s just so lovely 🥰 thank you AB Walkers x

Thank you to A.B. Walker & Son Ltd for their kindness, love and care offered for my Dad's funeral. Everyone was so kind at the company. Thank you for all of the quick responses beforehand and to David on the day. All at the company are greatly appreciated. Thank you again to AB Walker & Sons Ltd. So sad after the passing of our Dad that our brother passed. Mum, my brothers and I really appreciate the kindness, care and love shown to us during this sad time. We want to thank Jordan in your Maidenhead office for her warmth, her understanding and her readiness to advise and help us with anything concerning my Uncle's funeral no matter whether we remembered it early or late in the process. Similarly, on the day, your team led by Mark, were calm efficiency itself; showing every consideration and gentle direction for our family in mourning.

From start to finish AB Walker have been excellent. Despite the difficult circumstances, all the staff made it easier. Sacha and James were great, providing regular updates of what was going on. All reception staff were very welcoming and very understanding. I have no bad words to say to anyone. Thank you AB Walker
