Avoid at all costs. Reluctantly giving one star as zero stars was not an option. Their website claims 'We pride ourselves on our friendly but professional approach to our clients and the cemetery and church officials we deal with on your behalf'. My personal experience is terrible with a complete lack of a friendly approach or accountability and a lack of professionalism. An extremely slow delivery, unhelpful attitude and placing the headstone in the wrong position on the grave to make my fathers grave look like a child's grave and leaving part of the grave exposed and available for anyone to walk over. When challenged they claimed that they were abiding the rules of the cemetary in its positioning- which turned out to not be the case at all. To make an honest mistake is one thing but to be untruthful about it just proves a lack of integrity. I have found them to be unprofessional and unhelpful. Please be very wary in choosing them at what is an upsetting time for most people without added stress and upset.

Absolutely amazing service and care shown throughout getting a very old headstone mended and a new inscription added. Definitely recommend.
