Too many mistakes in adding my son's name to his mother's headstone. They had the details in writing when I visited, but got his date of birth wrong TWICE in an email I was sent for approval. I phoned the manager to complain and was assured I would get a new email......Nothing happened, so I rang a third time to eventually get the correct details for inscription. Not very happy when you're dealing with the loss of a loved one!

The lady I spoke to on the phone couldn't have been more helpful. She was very friendly and extremely easy to talk to and she explained everything to me and sent all relevant information very quickly.
