Choosing a headstone for a parent or grandparent is the task that brings many customers to this memorial mason, and the craftsmanship involved is consistently praised. Reviewers describe the lettering and finish as faultless, with the quality of the stonework and the standard of carving singled out for particular mention. Several accounts highlight the guidance offered during selection, whether that concerns a design suited to a humid climate or the practicalities of packing a memorial for transport to the Caribbean.

Vici is named by more than one customer as friendly, patient and clear in explaining each stage, providing information without delay. A recurring point is the professionalism maintained from the initial conversation through to the completed inscription, which customers say eased a difficult period. Cleaning an existing memorial and adding an inscription are also noted as work carried out to a high standard, and the finished result was judged worth waiting for. Pricing is described as competitive and the service attentive throughout, with design, stone choice and lettering all forming part of the work undertaken for families.
