Can’t thank Amy and her whole staff enough for the most amazing care and professionalism in giving our lovely mother the most fitting send off. At such an upsetting time Amy and staff treated my brothers, myself and family with such respect and dignity with no pressure. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of time spent discussing arrangements with great care and attention to detail. Order of service was beautifully done. As it was a tartan Scottish theme funeral Amy and her staff even wore the matching tartan ribbon on their outfits to honour our mum. They listened and they executed the most perfect send off we could have ever wished for. Truly fantastic and caring team. Thank you so very much x x

I called what looked like Yout local number to arrange to visit friend who died in the chapel. I was put through to a Manchester coop who had to try and call you to ring me they have yet to callback !!!

What an awesome service we had, attentive, caring, professional, comforting, amazing experience we had and beautiful memories because the team of ushers where so perfect in their delivery of help. I cannot express enough that my brothers funeral service went well as can be in the circumstances. We as a family thank you all.
