Co-op Funeralcare, Newcastle

We had bought our funeral plans a few years ago to be cremated. When my husband died I wanted to change it to just get the ashes back without a funeral ,after a talk with one of the advisers she said we could have a service with just me and my son where we went to the crematorium and we could sit with our song playing and say our own goodbyes. I am so pleased we did this as it was so personal to us . I would like to thank all the staff who dealt with us they helped us through a difficult time

All the staff were excellent and helped me through a difficult period when my Cousin died suddenly.. I had no idea where to start but from the ladies on reception i was guided through the process. The service was excellent the flowers on coffin were beautiful and the service was 1st class throughout. I have used Co-op in the past and this has always been the case. THANK YOU ALL!!

We couldn't have asked for a better send off for our Dad. Thanks to the lovely ladies at Benwell House. We were helped and supported through a difficult time every step of the way. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Co-op Funeralcare arranged a joint funeral for my parents who died within eight days of each other. They took care of everything from booking the double slot at the crematorium to appointing an excellent officiant to the printing of the order of service and the preparation of a musical tribute. The service was beautiful and a great tribute to my mother and father.

Very caring staff do everything possible to make things easier. Would recommend them to everyone that askedabout there services would not consider any other firm.

Excellent service from start to finish, with the options to add extras to your loved onex
