Phillip and Helen were both so incredibly helpful, professional and caring. I've used them for both of my parents" send offs, 1 a cremation in Northumberland and a recent lovely service and burial in Heaton. Nothing was too much trouble, took loads of stress away from us by organising and coordinating everything from death announcements to transport to Contacting a vicar, music, flowers, orders of service, it was all expertly done for us. And such lovely genuinely caring people too. Very highly recommended. I can't thank you enough.
