The service we received felt extremely personal. The funeral director Michael Tindall was exceptional, we are all greatful to him for providing the best service. Also Kevin Mitchell who performed the service was superb, mum would have loved him as he was a fan of her favourite football team! Mum had a great sense of humour and Kevin reflected that in the service. It was absolutely perfect. A great send off for my beautiful mum xx

I would like to thank Jordan for his extremely professional yet friendly service. He was very helpful and supportive.

Every detail was covered. Even a letter needed for a visiting relative for her work to prove she was at the funeral was provided. Jordan even gave a personal touch as he used the same font, that had a meaning of significance, that had been used for the order of service, for the name plate on the coffin. He made the experience pleasant and we all felt that he was personally committed to ensuring that the funeral went well.

Id like to say a huge thank you to Jordan, who has made this very difficult time alot easier for me. He has such a calm nature and very caring. Everything was done with pure dignity and care. I can tell it's not just a job to him, he actually cares. Also huge thank you to Kevin. What a lovely man. He cheered me up when we felt at our lowest. Leading Mums service and Speaking he did an amazing job, it's not just a job to him either he puts his heart into his work. Edwin pounds you have made my Mum's funeral the best she could of had. And nothing was forgotten or left out. It was the most beautiful send off that people have ever seen, this is what people have shared with me after the funeral. They also said it was very touching and well planned out. I know we didn't have along time before the date, but you guys made it work, and it was the best. I thank you all so much, for everything it's not an easy job you do, but you do it well ❤️ I am sure my Mum will be saying this too. I was highly recommend to come to you, and I am so glad I listened and didn't go anywhere else. Thanks again 😃 😊
