Thomas Lever has a unique talent. He listens. Having listened he then delivers everything you ask for. Everything is noted and then he checks that it is still what you want before it is put into place. Nothing is too much effort. We had the funeral we asked for, for our Father and that was down to Thomas. There were no glitches; it was perfectly executed. Thank you Thomas. I will always be grateful for the care you gave to all of us, not just our Father. (Perhaps we should have gone on the zip wire though.)

I would like to say thank you to W.Lever Ltd for the recent care and funeral of our much loved Dad. From the initial point of introduction onwards, the whole team was compassionate, professional and caring. We never felt as though we were just part of a process.Thomas guided us through with kindness, patience and understanding. He explained everything clearly, facilitated our requests and showed excellent attention to detail. I felt safe leaving Dad in their care and will always be grateful for the service we received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Everyone was amazing, kind, thoughtful and professional. Nothing was too much effort. They kept me informed throught the whole process and dad looked asleep and peaceful. Thank you all so very very much for making an extremely difficult time just easy and as little stress as possible. You have taken care of my family for many years. Im forever grateful.

Losing a loved one is traumatic enough without having to deal with the administrative chaos that follows. When you engage Lever's they immediately bring calm and comfort. The whole team are incredibly empathic, capable and professional. They bring reassurance and you will immediately feel your burden lightened. I cannot recommend them highly enough, nor thank them enough for helping deliver the perfect send-off for my much loved Mum. They went above and beyond.

Tom and Nicola were great, they explained and showed care for all they did, very clear and supportive for what was needed. This level of service enabled an element of stress to be removed and were able to support with any concerns the family had. Can’t say enough to thank them at a time of such sadness. Thanks!

The whole team at W Lever made saying our final goodbyes to my mum and nan the best we could have possibly asked for. They were all so caring and took time with us throughout the whole process and looked after them both with such care and love. I can’t thank Nicola enough for being the most amazing funeral director and putting in the extra time and effort to the little details that just helped us all feel at ease and comfortable in two of the hardest times. W.Leavers ltd , what can I say, Tom and his colleague’s went above and beyond to make our late fathers funeral run as smoothly as possible, taking on everything required from start to finish, I would highly recommend Tom and his team as they treat you like there own family rather than a customer, words can’t express how much love these guys showed to me and my family.
