We chose Full Circle because it was important to us to have a personalised, natural and sustainable burial at a private location. Ruth was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, helping us design the perfect, bespoke ‘leaving do’ for our Dad. Ruth consistently put our wishes and feelings first, and was able to expertly guide us at every step without ever making us feel pressure to buy any product or service, but listening to what we wanted and advising how to best go about it. Ruth was an endless source of knowledge and support, compassionate to all the family, and treating each of us and our Dad with the greatest of respect at all times. Full Circle helped to make a very difficult time a lot easier, thank you.

I would highly recommend this service. Our funeral director, Jodie, could not have been more kind, sensitive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and she facilitated the exact funeral we wanted for our mum. We found The Globe to be a pleasant, tranquil space to meet with Jodie to discuss plans and felt happy with our mother being looked after there until her funeral. We know that she was treated with care and respect. At the funeral Jodie and her team were supremely professional, discreet and keen to ensure that everything was as we wished. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

A difficult time made easier Full Circle Funerals provided outstanding care and support during a deeply difficult time. The sudden and tragic nature of the loss, combined with complex family dynamics, made the situation especially challenging. Despite this, the team handled everything with compassion, professionalism, and sensitivity. The chapel of rest is a beautiful and serene space — peaceful, comforting, and thoughtfully maintained. It offered a quiet place for reflection and farewell, which meant a great deal to the family. David and all the staff were exceptional: kind, respectful, and always willing to listen. Their communication was clear and empathetic, and their presence was both reassuring and supportive throughout the entire process. I would like to Thank Jody and her Team for their professionalism, empathy and for the ability to note every detail as requested by us as a family. It was comforting to know we could use their venue, to bathe and dress mum, in their venue and to access their venue to say farewell, it was heartwarming.
