Heart of England Co-op Funerals

I could not fault Leah and the team enough for the way they handled my wife Sarah’s funeral. They handled the complete process professionally and ensured an extra special send off. Leah really did go out of her way to ensure everything was as per my wife’s wishes.

Had a lovely conversation with Nicole had a great day chat and coffee verry relaxed environment and have lovely kind and caring staff members gave me a great sence of community and made visiting a funeral home more approachable

Couldn't thank or praise Heart of England funerals for their dedication when dealing with me arranging my son's funeral.The care and attention they gave my son when he was in their care was outstanding.Also they couldnt have done any better when I was arranging my sons funeral .I was treated with the utmost compassion and respect.5 stars I would give them more if I could.

I have nothing but praise for the staff at Heart of England Co-op Coventry city centre branch. From my first meeting with Kiri to when I collected my husband's ashes, they have been so wonderful. Everything was done with professionalism and compassion and nothing was too much trouble. Our celebrant, Sue, went above and beyond and I felt very supported at such a awful time.
