Excellent and service from all the staff. Elaine was wonderful at James Bradley and Sons in Clayton.

Elaine's attention to detail was outstanding, ensuring that every aspect of the funeral was handled flawlessly. Elaine went above and beyond to ease the burden for me, taking care of all the arrangements with efficiency and sensitivity. Nothing was too much trouble, and her support throughout made an incredibly challenging time much more manageable. Outstanding! Nothing was too much, elaine made a hard journey a little less difficult . The drivers all wore blue ties for mum and were very professional but kind , bradly and sons took care of not only just our mum but also care of our family especially my dad , they gave my mum dignity and we said a beautiful goodbye , thank you to you all .

The service we received was seamless from start to finish. The staff were courteous and helpful, offering help and advice, with any queries answered promptly. All the funeral arrangements were covered during our meeting, including flowers, reception into church, Orders of Service and any other special requests. My aunt was looked after with love and respect whilst in their care. We received a call the day before the funeral to run through the church service and burial. On the day, the staff went through the itinerary and everything went exactly to plan and the family were shown compassion throughout. We could not have wished for a better service and will be recommending them to family and friends.
