I highly recommend P Loftus & Son! I found them online as we sadly lost our Mum unexpectedly. Out of all funeral directors I rang they was the most caring and genuine and really listened, I knew they were the right ones for us. They were really accommodating to us and nothing was too much for them. They looked after my Mum and we knew we could trust them, My mum had a beautiful send of Thank you so much James and Will for being there on the day and making everything run smoothly we really appreciate it.

I used Chris and his team 7 years ago for my aunt's funeral and just recently for my dad's funeral, having recommended them to friends in between. Chris explains everything very clearly, communication is excellent and everyone in the team is full of respect, warmth and compassion.

I could not recommend P Loftus enough to ever be able to repay their professionalism and support through the hardest year my family and I have had. We lost my mother, grandmother and grandfather - all in a 3 month period! When My mum passed we worked with the amazing Lee and Steve. They went through everything at our pace and were extremely supportive from the day we met, throughout the funeral process and carrying on. So when my grandparents passed, I had no hesitation using Lee and Steve again from P Loftus. Things were different from mums funeral to her parents funeral. For a start, we had a double funeral for my grandparents! No mean feat! But both Lee and Steve had the answers to any, and all, questions we had and a sympathetic hug or handshake when we fell apart. I am still in contact with Lee as he understands that his job isn't simply over once the funeral is over. I may have lost 3 members of my family this year, but I have definitely gained others in Lee and Steve and their friendly, caring and loving way they dealt with our losses.
