K's Memorials

My family are buried at Ecclesall Churchyard after a catastrophic road accident in Florida in 1981.That grave obviously means everything to me, and I have returned there four or five times a years since, from wherever in the Uk I am living. It was disappointing therefore, that a tree was allowed to grow so big and so close to the grave, causing it to lift and fall apart. I am delighted therefore that I asked K's Memorials to renovate the grave, which they have recently done beautifully, exactly as specified and exactly on time. I'm very grateful for their excellent work

Can’t fault Ks for headstones but would not recommend if you want granite for your kitchen. The splashback cut short. When questioned about this, response was we offered to replace. At no point did Ks offer to replace, merely sent someone out to adjust the canopy but now needs to be corked to rectify. Was told someone could come out and do this. No thanks, the work should have been done right. Yes people make mistakes, but own those mistakes.

After a strong recommendation from our funeral director Natalie (Simpsons, S2), we used K's Memorials for a headstone for our son. Despite the red-tape hoops we had to jump through with the Church of England, K's and in particular Gemma, were brilliant. She was kind, compassionate, efficient and fought our corner for us with our application for our son's headstone. Having to get a headstone for a deceased loved one is never easy but Gemma made it as manageable and straightforward as possible. The headstone looks magnificent and is perfect for our son. I went into the shop whilst waiting to be seen the assistant laughed out loud at the customer she was dealing with notably the customer wasn't laughing with her. I felt this was inappropriate so I complained to the manager only to have her remonstrate with me and defend the behaviour. NO MATTER WHAT THE CONVERSATION NO ONE IN GRIEF SHOULD BE LAUGHED AT
