Excellent service. My Dad's headstone looks great. Sheffield Memorials had very good designs, but they were happy for us to adapt one of them to make it even better (as our version had symbols on which were special to my Dad, such as the White Rose of Yorkshire, and a red rose to represent SUFC). The gold lettering looks great. Matthew was very helpful, answering all our email queries.

I'm writing this on behalf of my mum she passed away last year, they gave us a price to put the headstone back on which was already our father's head stone we paid the price plus how much extra for new words then they started adding money on it started at £200 then they wanted £290 then it changed again to £500 ,this is the worst place for a headstone the most disrespectful company I've ever come across they still haven't put our dad's and mum headstone back on, her anniversary is in 8 days

Gold writing on stone keeps coming off . So upset . Should never happen . All the stones around my dad's look great , dad's looks old and a mess . We visit his stone , it's very sad to see . Get nowhere talking to them .
