Very grateful to McAdam Memorials for the work they have done for us. We greatly appreciate the sensitivity, attentiveness & support from all the team especially Bronagh who dealt with constant requests promptly & with great compassion.

I loved Bronagh she was so so helpful at a very difficult time and she was so warm and I loved her sense of humour we had such a great chat. McAdams did a wonderful job for both my mum and dads's grave and it was comforting.

I have nothing but praise for McAdam Memorials. I had a variety of requests regarding several family graves and despite these being a little convoluted the team managed to deliver above and beyond my expectations. I have to particularly compliment Betty and Bronagh for their patience and kindness in helping me to get things sorted - they are truly both stars and in terms of customer service no-one could come close to either of them, they are real assets for the business.

I cannot praise Bronagh enough. I am in England and required a stone to be put on my partners family plot in Belfast Cemetery which is not easy at long distance. Bronagh arranged the refurbishment of the plot and advised me of the best stone. The finished work was excellent. Bronagh is kind, and sympathetic and helped me to complete my mission at a difficult time.

You can tell she genuinely cares about the families she works with. Bronagh took the time to listen to what we wanted, offered thoughtful advice, and made sure every detail was handled with patience and respect. Her kindness and compassion meant more than she probably realises, and the whole process felt personal rather than just business. Sorry I'm only posting now as we were on holiday. We are absolutely over the moon with the work that has been carried out with the surround, it looks amazing. Big shout out to Bronagh in the Antrim rd office nothing was too much trouble she was the best help. To the workmanship 5 stars. So a massive thank-you to everyone involved very happy customers here.
