I want to thank Sharon and Sean for their professionalism and kindness when choosing a headstone for my husband. Sean did an excellent job the headstone is beautiful and down to Sean’s craftsmanship. Absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. After my brother passed away I employed O'Neills to refit the surround on his grave. 18 months later(yes EIGHTEEN MONTHS!) and after many, many phone calls, excuses and lies like...... staff sick, staff on holiday, ground too soft, ground too hard, phone next week, your name is on the board, we're so busy, etc, etc..." I had to take the surround back from them and now will find someone else to do the work. Absolute shameful and uncaring attitude from Sharon at O'Neills. I would advise anyone thinking of using this company to stay well clear of them especially at such a vulnerable time after a bereavement.

We can't thank Sharon, Sean and there team enough we got our daughter's headstone from O'neills the experience and knowledge these guys have with headstones is second to none not once did they steer us wrong they went above and beyond for us so thank you so very much we will be forever grateful

Just got my husbands headstone up at the weekend was delighted with the craftsmanship, it was perfect. It was the hardest thing in my life to do and Sharon took her time with me to help me pick the headstone and words. The price was really reasonable I was expecting it to more. I cannot thank Sharon and all at O’Neills for the beautiful headstone Thank you so much x

It's never easy picking the right headstone for a loved one who passed. However, both Sharon and Sean made the process much more manageable with their professional advice, kindness and patience. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. The headstone is a true piece of craftsmanship. I was involved in the design process from the start, sharing ideas with Sean, while Sharon saw to the administration and also when needed just listened to my woes and concerns. I'm proud now to visit my husband's grave. The headstone is all I wanted for him. O'Neill's service was very good, the price fair and the result excellent. The only thing I'd say is that communication can be a bit slow. I would highly recommend them though.
