This was exemplified yesterday when the chapel attendants took it upon themselves to source a football club emblem at short notice to have on display in the chapel. Very meaningful for the family. Thank you

Today was my first funeral at this crematorium. The staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Many thanks guys!
This is a beautifully maintained memorial garden and grounds which looks beautiful all year round. Very caring in their approach to the loss of a loved one and excellent at keeping you informed of what is happening. I used for both parents and very dignified approach to the unattended cremation. I later chose a church service and interment. I recently attended a funeral service for a dear friend and found the service had a modern personal touch including PowerPoint projection of a photo. The service was sensitive and dignified with many personal touches. However on the day of the service there were services held every hour which is fine for some but for me it felt like a production line and lacked sensitivity when being gently ushered along ready for the next service arrival. Also i found it difficult to distinguish the "in" for the service which is under the awning to the "out" where people have exited from the previous service. I can imagine maybe people standing in the wrong place if they don't know faces as they pay their last respects.
The most beautiful place full of flowers water fountain seats outside I had my beautiful mum's funeral here on the 26 th march 2024 , the sun was beaming , and this place is beautiful , thank you to Neilwho did such a wonderful service , I would highly recommend this place to anyone , nothing was to much trouble for anyone and a huge thank you to Blaby coop funeral you have been amazing god bless you all I would give countesthorpe creatuim more than 5 stars GOD BLESS YOU MUM FLY HIGH XXXXXXX
