The Manchester Crematorium

We regularly use Manchester Crematorium as part of our service as funeral directors, and we cannot speak highly enough of the team there. The staff are always incredibly professional, compassionate, and supportive, which makes a huge difference. The grounds are beautifully maintained and provide a peaceful, respectful setting for families to remember their loved ones. The team truly go out of their way to help wherever they can, ensuring every service runs smoothly and with dignity. Their attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to assist never goes unnoticed. It is always a pleasure working with such a dedicated and caring team. The addition of the coffee machine is also a lovely bonus 😊 ☕️ Thank you to everyone at Manchester Crematorium for the excellent work you do.

Until recently I knew very little about Manchester Crematorium, however I have been amazed at the information and beautiful photos on social media. It's been a real pleasure each day learning more about this beautiful building and gardens I hope to learn more and enjoy the daily updates. It's such an innovative idea and congratulations to Niall for bringing all this to an uninformed public. Very well done Lynda White

We were there today for the funeral of a beloved family member. Some of the staff need retraining in how to treat and speak to bereft and grieving family members. We tried getting into the car park, there was a chap on the gate with a grey streak in his hair screaming at us that the car park was full from across the road and yet we could clearly see empty spaces, which were still empty when we walked into the car park. My sister-in-law has a blue badge for parking due to her disability, they showed it at the gate and the same gut basically told them where to go because a blue badge doesn’t mean anything. We were then standing outside after our loved one arrived and were greeting others who came to celebrate Poly’s life and again the same champ and a woman started shouting “show some respect”, and they didn’t just say it once. It was absolutely appalling. The staff haven’t a clue and I don’t think they ever heard of empathy. I would give a 0 star review if I could.

We were kindly given a tour of the Manchester Crematorium for our newly trained Celebrants by Jane. She was so friendly and had a wealth of knowledge. What a beautiful Crematorium you should be very proud. Tess - The Academy of Professional Celebrants. x

As a local celebrant I cannot praise the staff at Manchester Crematorium highly enough. They are always helpful and calm and will go out of their way to ensure things run smoothly.
