Great service, clear process and informative, was able to get things exactly how we wanted the grave, the proof appointments we had were extremely helpful in making things right, and turned out lovely when the grave was placed!, would recommend to anyone.

Totally useless business. Despite sending 3 e mails and making a number of telephone calls to this company since late last year , no response to date has been received. I was promised response following a recent phone call but to no avail. Had used the business previously but would not use them again.

The actual headstone is beautiful and the end result cannot be faulted, however it is the customer service that really let's them down. Our headstone was installed almost 7 months late, with zero updates and communications regarding delays unless I chased it up time and time again. This only made an already difficult task much worse and unfortunately I cannot recommend.

Headstone ordered exactly a year ago today. In that time I have been contacted once only. Can only think we are waiting for more granite to form underground!
