Stone carving for headstones and plaques is the work that customers most often discuss at this Southampton memorial mason. Satisfaction with the finished memorial is a constant thread: reviewers describe completed headstones and graves as lovely, with a star galaxy design picked out for particular praise and the range of designs and creative approach also welcomed. Families speak warmly of proof appointments, saying these allowed them to settle precisely how the grave should appear before the stone was placed, and the team is described as kind, respectful and professional; Paul is named for ensuring one son had a resting place of his own.

A temporary plaque produced at short notice features in accounts, while guidance on stonework is called expert and invaluable, and the process itself is described as clear and informative. Against this, communication is the recurring complaint. Headstones have arrived many months after the expected date, with updates said to come only when chased, and messages or calls going unanswered over long periods. The craftsmanship of the finished memorial is rarely questioned; it is the contact around it that account after account returns to.
