From the very beginning it was a pleasure to discuss my plans with Sally and she was able to arrange a visit and provide a quote very quickly They handled all aspects of the Church approvals and were able to provide timelines for the work taking place I was more than delighted with the Memorial renovation and the professional approach from Sally and the business from day 1 until now….thank you very much

Due to the ridiculous Health & Safety Laws imposed on headstones, my dad’s headstone (which hadn’t moved an inch in 38 years) was deliberately pushed over by the council. Finding someone to re-erect it was a huge challenge, until I was fortunate enough to find B&W Memorials. Right from the start, Sally has been superb: prompt replies to emails, keeping me informed of progress, professional and always helpful. Sally also helped with the red tape involved. The headstone has now been re-erected and looks fantastic. I couldn’t have had a better experience and would highly recommend this company. 5* all round.
