Absolutely amazing experience!!! Andy was always available, and catered to all of the families needs. Nothing was too much to ask for!! Helped so much during our time of grief, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Losing a parent is a blur, but Andy was incredibly kind, caring, and patient with us every step of the way. He balanced a high level of professionalism with a truly personable touch that made us feel supported as a family, rather than just another client. At such a difficult time Andy was able to support us to make the choices that would honour my Dad's wishes. On the difficult day of the funeral, Andy ensured that not only did everything go to plan, but that us as a family were supported. His calm nature and kind words of comfort allowed us to focus on simply remembering and celebrating Dad's life. Everything was handled with such dignity and precision; I know my dad would have been truly thankful for the care shown to us and the respect shown to him. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.
