Id give a higher review if I could, nothing prepares you for grief, I went into it not knowing anything about planning a funeral mark was recommended by a friend, and from the first phone call and quotes to the actual day of the funeral he has been outstanding so caring and compassionate towards us was on the other end of the phone anytime we needed advice, even helped with little added touches at the funeral to make it special to the guests.
