Jasper provided an excellent, thorough and professional service. Despite my having to arrange my Mum's funeral long-distance by phone and email, I always felt I was in completely safe hands and that Mum was cared for with respect and dignity. Jasper helped with lots of little details, questions and extra information, and when I finally got to see Mum just before the funeral, welcomed me with compassion and kindness.
