From our initial enquiry, Simone was incredibly helpful throughout, taking the time to explain the entire process clearly and making us feel completely at ease. She was always patient and understanding during what was a very difficult time for our family. She regularly kept in touch without it feeling pressured. The craftsmanship on the final headstone is flawless, it is all that we had hoped for and more. Simone kept us updated at every step, and the finished memorial was installed even sooner than we expected, which was a lovely surprise when we visited. I highly recommend Summers Memorials.

Would like to leave a review for Simone, what a wonderful person, I can’t explain how comfortable and at ease she made us feel when we went to sort out our dad’s headstone.She was patient and understanding, helped us through a difficult situation as it’s the final thing we do for our dad, highly recommend her and the company, she is definitely a credit to the company.

My experience with Summers Memorials are a 5*****,Simone is one in a million, with taking care of all your wishes for the headstone and garden Kerb. Well impressed from start to finish. This company deserves a 5***** rating

never seem to be available to answer their switchboard ... staff always engaged elsewhere. They don't return calls after message is left for their attention. `they charge premium rates and act with little action, emergency or excellence.

It took a while to obtain the stone but our interment and plaque look exactly as we wanted, I would suggest discussing fees, rules and restrictions with the cemetery clerk before placing an order.
