W S Harrison Funeral Directors

I recently lost my husband and had a prepaid funeral plan with Harrisons. Although having a prepaid plan is a great weight off your mind, there are still a lot of extras that have to be sorted. Robert, who was my appointed funeral director went above and beyond the duties required of him. He sorted out all the extras like flowers, orders of service, photo tributes.

The staff were amazing from the start to finish , every detail was followed just the way it was requested. Nothing was too much trouble. They all show so much empathy throughout the whole process at a very sad time. Kelly was so patient and understanding and provided cuddles just at the right time. I can't thank her enough

Our late Dad Gordon Simpson was in the ha as of WS Harrison and he was dealt with in the best most caring way, Rosie Johnston helped us so much throughout and she was a star, so professional, so warm and understanding, we felt our Dad was 100% cared for from the minute he arrived until the minute we took him home, thank you so much Josie and all your team.

The help and support I had was practical, efficient and very sensitively handled. Everything was done in an efficient and friendly manner and not was too much trouble.

We as a family have used W S Harrison Funeral Directors twice now and I can honestly say they made it so easy and they were so supportive and genuinely cared. Joe was our funeral director this time and he was brilliant I can't fault him and he made us feel so comfortable, he was more like a friend. I can't thank you enough for your help and guidance. Would highly recommend.
