Not happy with how they handled my mums funeral wrong flowers with nan written instead of mum which they blamed on the florist considering they are responsible for organising it they should be checking everything is correct, Failure to put the death notice into the online mercury when agreed (again blaming mercury when they should of checked themselves) and then get a memorial inserted on the day of her cremation and only finding out about it 3 days afterwards is upsetting. I don't advise using these people they are shambolic in my opinion can't back up what they say they can do regarding organising things.
Kimberley helped us from start to finish for my mums funeral, she is absolutely brilliant even with an awkward relative she remainded calm
My fathers funeral was today 21st January 2022.I would like to thank Kimberley for being so kind and caring throughout to us all as a family wanted to leave a review as ive been so touched by the caring compassion shown throughout to my brother Richard who arranged the service and to us all.A beautiful service thankyou so much my father Brian Abraham recieved a beautiful heartfelt service to the highest standard thankyou all at Joseph Swift for an excellent service from start to finish.
I would like to personally thank everyone who took part in arranging the funeral that we held for our grandparents. I can not recommend Joseph swift funerals directors(Uppingham road) enough, they managed to arrange the funeral with professionalism , compassion and respect. They fulfilled everything that I wished and asked for, what was a dream literally became a reality,I personally wanted only the best of the best for my grandparents and I can confidently say that they managed to pull everything off.I had so many special request and not one was not fulfilled.The funeral that we held on Thursday 16th of April 2021 was something out of this word. Although it was really difficult for us to deal with the tragic deaths of our grandparents ,we managed to find comfort in the way the funeral has gone,we all feel like we did our part and know that we made our grandparents proud. Again I’d like to thank the whole team for their amazing service on behalf of the whole Surmaj family. A special thanks to the two managers that were present,they were truly so kind and respectful.I’d also like to thank Kimberly for her kind yet professional service she guided me into making the right decisions and for turning our very complicated ideas into a reality.
