What can I say about Pender and Son. They handled my beloved wife's service with love and care and very professional. Sarah looked after our every needs and communicated with us on every details and we couldn't have asked for more. On the day, Joel was our Director and his team was so professional and courteous and informed us of every moment on what they were doing and provided suggestion for us to choose. Highly recommended.

From our very first meeting to the day of my Mum’s funeral, the care, compassion and professionalism shown by everyone at the funeral directors was exceptional. Losing a loved one is never easy, but they guided us through every step with kindness, patience and genuine empathy, making a very difficult time so much easier to cope with. Everything was organised perfectly, and on the day itself every detail was handled with the utmost dignity and respect. The staff looked incredibly smart, the cars were immaculate, and despite the heat, nothing was too much trouble. A special thank you to Sarah, who was outstanding throughout. She was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed every step of the way and made us feel completely supported. The service we received allowed us to give Mum the send-off she truly deserved, and for that our family will always be grateful. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism.

Would highly recommend Paul Pender and Son. Great staff, quirky surroundings and amazing service. Sarah was wonderful with explaining everything and organising. They were always at the end of the phone for questions and queries. On the funeral day the boys were amazing, talking me through what would happen next. Great time keepers and again great service. All very professional and respectful. Will use Paul Pender again in the unfortunate event of arranging a funeral. Also, the total price was actually a lot less than I expected.

Paul and his team handled my Mum's funeral 3 years ago, so we didn't even consider going anywhere else when our Dad died. Jack has just the right amount of professionalism, empathy and humour to help a family when emotionally distraught. Sarah handled the organisation with efficiency and made sure everything we wanted carried out, did and all with ease. Nathalie the Celebrant, who was recommended by them supported us and delivered a wonderful service. Our family felt cared for during the whole process, so we would recommend using Paul Pender's in what, can be the most distressing time.
