Used Baguley Brothers for my Dads funeral and they couldn’t have done a better job. Very professional and gave a personalised experience. Lucy and Dawn went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Couldnt recommend them enough.

From the moment we ( me and my Dad ) walked in with my uncles funeral plan Samantha was welcoming, kind and understanding .All thru planning the funeral care and love was considered and things we hadn’t thought of taken care . This made it easier for myself and my Dad .I also would like to thank Francis and his team on the Day of the funeral he took care of all the little bits which really made a difference , a very personal touch .

Thank you so much for a wonderful send off for my Dad. Sam was the person we were assigned and we could not have been happier with her tender and supportive care of our entire family. The funeral directors and the celebrant too were amazing and the burial and the celebration were everything we had hoped for and more. Baguley Brothers Funeral Directors took care of my mum’s funeral, and I can honestly say they were exceptional from start to finish. At an incredibly difficult time, they made everything feel gentler, calmer, and completely supported. Lucy was outstanding, compassionate, organised, and always one step ahead of what we might need. She treated every detail with such respect and made sure my sister and I felt suppirted throughout the whole process. Our celebrant, Katie, created the most beautiful, personal service. She captured my mum’s spirit perfectly and spoke with warmth, sincerity, and genuine understanding. It felt like she knew her. Frances, our funeral director on the day, was remarkable. His professionalism, kindness, and steady presence made the entire service run seamlessly. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he made sure everything was exactly as we hoped it would be. They simply couldn’t do enough for us. Every single person we dealt with went above and beyond to make sure Mum had the best send‑off possible, authentic, dignified, and full of love. I will always be grateful for the care they showed our family. Highly recommended.

I cannot fault the service I received from Baguley Brothers following the death of my father. From collection to the funeral itself nothing was too much trouble and was delivered with professionalism and respect. In particular I would like to mention Sam and Dawn for keeping me updated throughout the planning process. Francis and Tim on the day for the way the service was conducted. We found that the Staff at Bagguley's were professional and compassionate in the way they dealt with us as a family, and with the funeral arrangements for my Uncle. We were always kept informed of how things were progressing and on the day, the funeral was carried out efficiently and respectfully.

From the moment Baguleys came to the care home to take our mother away right up until after the funeral, everyone was so kind and helpful. Samantha and Francis were particularly patient with all our special requests that mother would have wanted. We were very pleased they were able to provide the black and silver fleet from Leeds.
