We were dealt with sympathy and empathy. Nothing was too much trouble and emails with questions were answered promptly. The day ran very well and we could not have been more pleased with it. My main comment was at no point were we made to feel we should have any of the extras available. We never felt we hadn’t chosen enough, everything was thoroughly explained. There was absolutely no hard sell…which is how it should be. So well done Triumph Road…you did indeed triumph for our family Donna Leivers

The help, respect and guidance we all got from Jamie and Donna was incredible. They made our whole experience one that we shall always look back on fondly, at such a difficult time.
