Thank you all at NFS for all your kindness and support during this difficult time. You were all so professional and we couldn't have asked for more. A special thank you to TJ she guided us all the way from beginning to end and gave us exactly what we wanted and conducted a beautiful service. She is such a wonderful lady. Absolutely wonderful service. Extremely kind, compassionate, generous and empathic. They went above and beyond in making sure that everything would be as perfect as possible and that every wish, that could be fulfilled, was. They were beautifully dressed for the occasion and helped the funeral ceremony to go flawlessly. Thank you very much again.

I can’t thank NFS enough the care and understanding from everyone they were kind and considerate to my feelings and listened to all of my grief what I was going through and still am . The service was amazing and all of family and friends praised how much thought with the help of NFS .They collected the urn and returned at dates suitable to me rather than me going to NFS nothing was too much trouble.

I honestly cannot praise NFS enough. I had never arranged a funeral before it seemed so daunting as I wanted the best send off for my beautiful Dad. I needn't have worried as Leonie explained everything from day one. I was treated like family and the kindness and understanding by all was above and beyond. They listened to what we wanted and made sure my Dad had the most respectful, loving organized funeral. Many people told me afterwards it was the nicest funeral they had ever been to, I know funerals arnt nice for anyone but they did my Dad proud. I want to thank Leonie, Tom and Bernard for all their love and support in helping us get through one of the worst things I have ever had to do. Couldn't have done it without you. Thankyou so much. Cremation of June Hook 4th October 2024 My family and myself would like to send a massive thank to Leonie and Tom and not forgetting little Bella. They all became members of our family from start to finish. They looked after my sadly departed mum throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. They are the most loving, kind, caring, thoughtful people we have ever had the pleasure to meet. NFS come very highly recommended. They are Simply the Best. Much Love Linda, Kaye and family x

Emma and the team were absolutely amazing. It was the first time that I had organised a funeral and Emma explained everything so well and we felt supported the whole time, like we had known Emma for years. A very kind, warm person. NFS really looked after dad, we felt completely reassured, they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that we were well looked after, during a very difficult time for us. The friendly, family values of the business really came across. It’s about the service to the bereaved family not the money.

Every interaction our family had with all of the team was always empathetic and they would always go the extra mile for us. Although it was a sad time, they made our whole experience easier to cope with. We were always put at ease by their caring nature and felt comfortable to approach them at any time. Would 100% recommend . Would like to just say a big thank you to all the team from the Poole family :)
