Celebration of Life

From my very first contact with Shona to Dean returning the ashes my experience was first class. Everyone was sympathetic and respectful with excellent communication Could not fault any part of the service. Exactly what mum would have wanted

Good service also kept informed of all stages of the progress of the the events by phone and e-mail

Recently lost my partner. Celebration of life were absolutely amazing. The whole process was handled with great sensitivity and care making it so much easier for me at such a distressing time. Would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of using this process, so much so I will be taking out a plan for myself. I really can’t thank them enough. They were wonderful.

My husband was at home on end of life care. He wished to have a no fuss cremation and after discussing our options, we decided to go with Celebration of Life, and I’m so glad we did! I dealt mainly with Shona ( customer care manager) and from my initial contact with the company and throughout, she was very supportive and caring, at what is such a difficult time. I also spoke with Jake and Rebecca, but could always ask for Shona, if she was on duty. We went with an “as needed” cremation, but left all required details, to make it easier when my husband passed away. When he sadly died, and I called them, Shona was working that night. It was so reassuring to be able to speak with her. Will and Michelle who collected Tony were so lovely, and I appreciated their kind words and Will’s bear hugs! They treated my husband with so much dignity and respect, that I knew he was in good hands. They even made his bed when they left and put a packet of forget me knot seeds on it. I have been told to call anytime if I need a chat, which is a comfort. I enjoyed receiving the certificate from the National trust to inform me, of the tree that will be planted in my husband’s memory. Something that is offered, which we really liked. Plus, his ashes were hand delivered in the lovely forest scene container. I couldn’t have wished for more, and have recommended COL to others, who have already taken out plans with them. Rebecca and her colleagues made the most difficult time of my life so much easier thanks to their kindness, humanity, flexibility, and availability. I felt guided every step of the way, and if I ever had a question - I was able to reach someone via phone/email straight away. I appreciated that each colleague I spoke to, referred to my mum by her name, and they made sure to offer support wherever possible. My entire family have been grateful to Celebration of Life, and my grandfather has now taken out a policy with them based on our experience.
