The team were very professional on the day and delivered a service that was a wonderful tribute to my aunt. Prior to the funeral our dealings with David were particularly noteworthy - he was thoughtful and supportive of the family and extremely adept at adjusting his approach to suit the mood of the moment, including joining in some moments of humour when they arose. 10/10

We can not thank David and Simon enough for everything they have done to help us arrange our sisters funeral recently. David is so compassionate, caring and certainly pays attention to details and the personal touches. Entrusting Waters and Sons with the care of your loved one will be one of the best things you can do for them. They are so respectful and nothing was too much trouble. We have been really well cared for as a family. The celebrant Liza Barber was so so patience, understanding and paid so much attention to detail when meeting us for the first time and through the whole time. When conducting the service allowed us to pay a lovely tribute to our sister, she wrote and read the eulogy beautifully. Alongside of David and his team she created a soft and gentle environment. Thank you for all the help and support. We would certainly recommend Waters and Sons.Kathy, Sue and Jim.

We couldn’t have wished for a better send off, for my brother. Charlie and her team were fantastic from start to finish, my brother requested that he be transported to his funeral in the back of his friend’s truck, Charlie as his friend liaised to ensure this happened. I then requested that we have a classic car convoy to follow the truck… which Charlie accommodated, more cars than expected turned up, but Charlie took this in her stride… the hearse blocking junctions to ensure the convoy could stay together, to honor my brother. The celebrant Liza, was great. Thank you for making my brothers final journey so memorable and perfect for him x

We choose Waters & Sons for my Mother-in-laws funeral in June having previously using their services for my Mother. Their compassion and empathy is second to none. Charlie, Liza & David and the team helped us all the way through and nothing was too much trouble. Charlie even phoned us just to see how we were doing, such a personal touch at a such difficult time. Liza the Celebrant (again she did the service previously for my mum) was wonderful capturing all our words and the service was perfect. On behalf of the Wannell family, I just wanted to say a huge "Thank You" to Charlie @ Aldermoor for making Mum's Celebration Service and Farewell so amazing. Thank you for your guidance, compassion and understanding from day one. You were brilliant, and so many family members who attended on the day, and friends and relatives who watched the webcast, have said how wonderful and moving her celebration service was, and you were a big part of that. Together, we definitely gave her the send-off that she deserved! Liza Barber, our celebrant was wonderful and we would recommend her to anyone, the flowers from Tammy were unique and beautiful too! Finally, thank you for the recommendation of The Chilworth Arms for the wake. All in all Waters and Sons made a very difficult time so much easier.

Our heartfelt thanks to Charlie and the whole team who provided a professional service filled with compassion, dignity and respect. My dad's funeral was beautiful and a true celebration of his life.

I would 100% recommend Waters & Sons. Charlie was extremely supportive from start to finish. I was guided as to what was needed and the service was beautiful and seamless. She made the whole experience easy and as painless as possible.
